Kester School District #23 is a third class district and has three Board Members. Each board member serves a three year term. Terms are staggered according to law. Trustees are elected at the annual school election.
Regular meetings are held on the first Thursday following the first full week of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Kester School, or at any times or places determines by a majority vote. If any interested parties would like to address the board with comments or concerns of the district they can contact the board members at the email addresses or phone numbers listed below. Please note that you must contact the board no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting to be on the agenda. Time is allowed for Public Comment during all school board meetings.
